Our days are slowly winding down here at Chernigivka. We have had lots of rain - and when it rains, they turn off the internet! Who knows why this is? Anyway, we have had a children's festival, a back yard bonfire at the school, lots of family dinners and lots of soccer time! One of Ivan's friends has taken up his time with us each day and we just love having him around. He actually has started eating his meals with us too, which has been lots of fun because Ivan and Ruslan cook for us each night! Ivan is a good cook!
We got our court date for Wednesday and will leave the town right after that for Kyiv. Then fly home on Thursday. Our boys at home are very ready to see us, although I think they have been having a lot more fun with their grandfather than they would have had with us being home:) My father in law has been amazing to stay with our boys this long and we are so thankful that he has been a constant in their lives for this three weeks. The boys might actually be bored with us once we get home, because they have been on the go doing something each day.
